- Passport with a validity of 6 months or more, original + Photocopy of passport and pages with visa + entry and exit stamp.
 
- Visa application form is fully declared, with 2 4x6 photos on white background.
 
- The university's admission notice, original and copy.
 
- The highest academic diploma or the original and photocopies of academic records (these documents have been translated into Chinese or English, and passed through the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam or the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City. confirm)
 
- Original and photocopy of financial proof: the passbook, if it belongs to parents, must be accompanied by documents proving the relationship.
 
- Study plan (English or Chinese translation)
 
- Certificate of foreign language (requires to provide one of the certificates below):

   1. Certificate of Chinese Language Proficiency (TOCFL) level 1 (junior level) or higher
 
   2. Certificate of English Proficiency: starting from January 2, 2013
 
     + TOEFL certificate: (iBT) must achieve 18 points or more, written test (pBT) 340 points or more.
     + TOEIC certificate: from 300 points or more
     + IELTS certificate: from 2.5 points or more.
 
   3. For students majoring in English or Chinese, it is required that they have studied for one year or more and have an average academic achievement of 6.0 or higher.
 
In addition, you need to prepare the visa application fee (50 USD for the case of getting it after 5 working days, 75 USD for the case of getting it after 2 working days).
