Ural State University of Economics, Russia announced an international essay contest entitled “Everyone is Equal in the Face of the Pandemic. Social Justice: Problems, Discussions, Solutions”
One of the purposes of the contest is to draw the participants' attention to social inequality issues such as: age, gender, ethnicity, religion, culture and towards people with disabilities.
This year, the contest has 2 themes:
1. Issues of social justice in healthcare. In your country and around the world.
2. Review of existing solutions to the issues of social justice in healthcare. In your country and around the world.
Contestants:
Essay contest for students, bachelors, graduate students of universities of Russia and other countries.
Participation form:
Candidates can take the test in groups of 2 or individually.
The finalists will meet in person and present a keynote (online participation for finalists from other countries).
Each registrant is only allowed to register once.
Exam requirements:
- Essay must be submitted in MS Word (*.doc) format and in English, with a maximum length of 5000 characters (including spaces)
- Essays cannot contain more than two graphs, charts or photos, copyright guaranteed.
- Authors should use Times New Roman 14pt font, black color, 1.5 blank lines between each line, 2 cm margins (top, bottom, left, right).
- Entries (essays) must have a title page.
- Entries must be entirely the entrant's work and by direct submission you are certifying that the work is your own and does not infringe copyright. Any evidence to the contrary will result in immediate disqualification.

If you make it to the finalists, be ready to deliver a keynote speech from your essay by April 21, 2021.
