The student exchange program offers many benefits to you:
Participating in an exchange program gives students the opportunity to experience studying in an international environment. This is the ideal condition to help you accumulate experience for yourself, as well as upgrade your CV later.
After participating in the program, students receive unexpected results in improving communication skills, pronunciation as well as language use up to 80%.
The cost of studying under the exchange program is extremely reasonable and much lower than the short-term self-sufficient study abroad.
Exchange learning helps students contact, learn a unique and new culture, accumulate more life experiences for themselves.
In addition, students also have the opportunity to get acquaintance, make friends with international students from Southeast Asian countries such as the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia... when participating in exchange studies.
LEARNING SCHEDULE
- Application deadline: November 30, 2021
- Entry date: February 8 & 9, 2021
- Course duration: February 14, 2022 to June 19, 2022
DOCUMENTATION PREPARATION
1. Certificate of nomination confirmed by the current University.
2. The article introduces yourself (500 words), describes personal background, purpose of studying at CJCU, study plan and career choice after studying.
3. Health certificate.
4. Dormitory application (required for all international exchange students.
5. Transcripts for all semesters.
6. Original copy of nationality verification paper or valid passport copy.
7. Financial assistance provided by the bank with a minimum amount of NT$200,000.
8. Health Insurance and Accident Insurance during your stay in Taiwan.
COST
- Approximately NT$13,000 per semester plus a NT$3,000 deposit (per student in a quadruple room for one semester, inclusive of water, electricity and internet fees)
- Exchange students will share their rooms with local students.
MEALS
- The average cost is NT$80 for a meal. About NT$300 for three meals a day.
- There are canteens, convenience stores, and cafes on campus. There are also restaurants, coffee shops and food stalls off campus.
